My mother-daughters time was great. I’ve never been handed a six page menu to choose what treatment I wanted for my pedicure. We all three chose milk and honey which was fabulous. The paraffin treatment was very soothing also. I highly recommend this place when you need a little pampering.

Was treated horribly by an employee here. I went to go get my nails done and the lady who did my nails was just so rude. I asked her why she had an attitude and instead of apologizing she recommended for me to get my nails done by someone else. Then she got up and sprayed something over the counter and got it on me. Simply unprofessional behavior. She went to go see another customer who she treated nicely and with respect.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and the employees are always very kind. Color selection is good, and so is the customer service other than their definition of “appointment”. I had an appointment at 12 with my go to nail tech, and I was asked to wait 30 minutes because someone came in before me.

We tried Cosmo nails and spa in wylie today. It was clean & service was good. I got a really good salt scrub on my arms with my manicure and my husband had someone remove his callouses like crazy (thank goodness!). Decent selection of nail colors. Chairs were a little less comfortable to me than some. Prices were standard for a little nicer salon. I will definitely be back!

Love this place – only complaint is there are 3 TVs and for some reason they always have sports on. Most women want to watch the food channel, HGTV or something other than sports. I used to request to have the channel changed but stopped doing it after a few times bc they don’t seem to notice or care.

I’ve been here twice. The front desk lady always looks angry and they seem upset at soaking off my acrylics from an independent nail tech. Probably because they originally assumed one of their techs did it. Small nail color selection for polish compared to other salons.

was there recently booked a pedi.main gel with French tip and art nail for 3:30. wasn’t seen until 4:10pm I understand that they are busy sometimes. My pedi was rushed and not finished properly. Didn’t get a good scrub, massage, hot towel. Didn’t get massage on my hands nor lotion. My previous experience with Allen was great but not this one, the front lady rushed him over to another client without finishing my pedi. Anna did a great job with my nails and design but she ended up finishing my pedi but it was not great. Checking out the front lady was Tip, tip tip. and Yes I always give tip to Allen and to whoever does my gel manicure but there is no need to repeat tip like 7x’s. I was very disappointed with this weeks visit for $90.00 it was not great.
