I have had pedicures from them which I have enjoyed, and my nails look good for months!This review is about my bridal group safely getting all of our nails done during Covid. All I can say is WOW. The Cosmo team went above and beyond to make me feel so special and safe. My bridal nails are GORGEOUS as well as the rest of my group!Also, before my honeymoon, I had broken one of my nails. I went by the nail salon to have it fixed and they fixed me up so fast and now look like new again! I’m happy with her worked definitely will come back, and also had my full set with Tommy .This guy did phenomenal job. I got many compliments on my nails Thanks Tina and Tommy will see you both next time. I’m not sure the young lady is the owner or the receptionist there , she was very kind. Tommy paid so close to attention and any special request from me he happily accommodated is with a positive attitude. Love love this place so much, the staffs so friendly. Critical: Quality, ValueI came in last Monday to get my birthday nails done. Everyone was super sweet and it was great customer service but it was very clear the nail technician didn’t know what he was doing. He cut into my nail bed to the point where I had multiple fingers start bleeding. Also as soon as I walked out I started noticing imperfections with the nails. They weren’t caped and the sides were not cleaned up, so unfortunately as a result half of them came off by mid-week. I got gel because I wanted them to stay for at least a while and when I do my own gel nails they remain for at least 2 weeks no problems. I came in last Monday to get my birthday nails done. Everyone was super sweet and it was great customer service but it was very clear the nail technician didn’t know what he was doing.
