After I showed the tech my inspiration picture she asked if I wanted to do pink and white ombré instead. Also my nails got the black spots less than 24 hours later and I went back to have them redo them and the tech was so rude. Told me it was my fault. I asked for almond shape and was given these. When I went back today for my appointment she only fixed the blue nails and didn’t fix the crooked thumb or the shape.

This nail salon is my favorite since moving into the area. Brandon is awesome and always does my nails. He does them exactly how I like, he takes his time and is so proficient with his work. His wife Nikki is very sweet and has done my pedicure a few times and does great job as well. The whole staff is super friendly. This place is a rip off now. Back when it was superior I had been coming here for over 9 years. Now new owners took over the prices are double and it is ridiculous to pay a $100 for a fill and a basic pedicure. The girl doing my pedicure picked my Polish for me and at the end come to find out it was a gel Polish and gel is $15 more. Beware they will not warn you that you are adding $15 to your hands and $15 to your feet if you use gel–just by using gel Polish you have added $30 to your bill. It’s sad that this is the end of an era for me. I have been coming here since it was superior nails- about 10 years.

Today was the 3rd time that they could not get me in. 1st time my appointment wait was 15 mins late. Morning walk in they said they were waiting for an appointment to get there, but there wasn’t anyone in the pedicure seats. Today same thing, “come back later, sorry honey, we waiting for appointment.” 3 customers in entire salon. Annie was great but she’s not been there the these last 3 tries. Finding another place.

I went in for a fill. She was rushed. Did not shorten my nails evenen though I ask 4 times.The edge of the nails was sloppy when she applied the gel. And yhen when cecking out I was charged $40. I got home a checked their brochure and it said fills were $30 which I feel is even high. Being over charged on already high prices. I will not go back.

I made an appointment for my sister and I to get acrylic manicures one week prior. We got to the salon and they said only one can go at a time. We made an appointment so THIS wouldn’t happen. This is extremely frustrating for anyone with a busy schedule. Acrylic nails

This is a very clean place. I’ve known most of the staff for over 10 years. Brandon has been my nail technician for at least 10 years. They are attentive & creative with their nail designs. Never has a bad experience. You can’t go wrong here.
