Ok, I’m a dude and don’t normally get this done but this place did an excellent job with my hands and feet. My hands are the best they ever looked and my pedicure is the best I ever had. My wife and I came here twice, once for manicures and the next day for pedicures. Excellent people, service, and price. They weren’t rushed and I felt like they took their time with us. We will definitely be back when I visit my friends over here again. We love Cosmo!!

I planned on tips and dipping powder when I walked in. My nails were in in bad shape and needed something done. Ky (pronounced Key) recommended acrylic nails to keep on for about a month. I was hesitant because I didn’t want the stereotypical chunky, thick acrylic nails. I like a classic look and not long. Ky assured me they wouldn’t look like that. I was very impressed with the outcome. I will be back! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere as well.

I don’t usually get my nails done on vacation because a lot of places don’t really seem to care as they assume you’re likely a tourist and won’t be back. That’s how I feel about this experience. I asked for the nice photo of ombré red to black and was told I would need to wait for the specific artist who could provide this technique. I waited a long time before getting started and then was there for quite awhile as the tech attempted to get the technique down properly. The tech was incredibly kind and wonderful to be around but the nail service I received was not what I had asked for and instead of offering options that the tech COULD do, I received something not up to par with a professional service. I’m non-confrontational, so I paid for this service and left but was VERY disappointed in the appearance of my nails and went to another nail salon the next day and they were able to complete the requested service. Def don’t go here for ombré. But the other nail services I saw while I was waiting all seemed to be fine if you’re looking for one solid color. The tech did an excellent job cleaning up my cuticles. And aside from the middle-aged nail tech making inappropriate comments (I wasn’t offended but it certainly didn’t give off the vibe of a professional salon), the overall experience was fine. I just wish I would’ve been told that ombré wasn’t an option so I could’ve selected an alternative option and left happy.

I went in only wanting an express pedicure and a nail repair due to timing and the fact that I just received a full pedicure less than 10 days ago. The lady that did my pedicure did not allow me to keep the gel polish that I wanted on and laughed and spoke another language when I told her I wanted the express pedicure. I was on vacation and I had plenty of other things planned. I feel like my wishes were not considered as I wanted to keep my gel polish on and just repair the nail that was chipped. Everyone else seemed nice and accommodating. Also my gel polish had a lumpy appearance.

Great experience! Wife and I decided to take a break from the heat because she needed a pedi. Glad I joined her! We both had the Cosmo pedicure and their chairs were all brand new and great. Probably the best overall pedi I’ve had and the staff was great too, highly recommended.

The guy with the Roman numeral tattoo has the worse attitude of any one nail technician I have ever been to. Never said but three words. I would never recommend this place. They need to get rid of him because he is toxic to the environment. Very mean spirit. Gel manicures, French manicures
