I’ve been here twice now, both times I was amazed with the finished product. Although I wish the rush to get me in and out was non existent, I understand how business works especially when it’s busy which is why I gave them 5 stars! This is the very first time in YEARS, that I have been able to walk into a nail salon, show a picture of what I want to my technician, and get EXACTLY what I want but BETTER! I’m highly impressed and will continue coming here! My nails also last for A MONTH! The quality of their nail dips is superb and I am extremely satisfied!

I was very uneasy trying a new nail shop and had been putting it off for months and months. The check in process was smooth and the wait wasn’t nearly as long as I prepared for considering I was a walk in. My technician was friendly and very efficient. The outcome was exactly what I wanted and they look beautiful. Pricing was 75 for full acrylic with hand done nail art. Quick and beautiful. Below is the reference and outcome

I was recommended to this nail bar and was happy they were able to fit me in within 20 minutes. I got the liquid gel builder manicure and the square nails I wanted but the gentleman that did my nails was not friendly at all. He also filed my left pinky finger too much, and now the right side of the nail is red and hurts. I hope my pinky finger heals quickly. He could have cleaned up some of my cuticles. He also never let me know that the service was over. I had to ask him. Thanks for getting me in fairly quickly, but I won’t get services from this nail bar again. You may want to try a place that is more friendly and attentive.

absolute worst business ever. if i could i would give them 0 stars. i went there to get my nails done and i usually do them with ivy which is who i made my appointment with and apparently she wasn’t there and i had to get them done with lani. I showed her the color i wanted and i thought she would make an effort to get the color i wanted because that’s usually what ivy does. the picture was a light pink color and she did white and i told her can you please put a light pink coat on top because it’s not the color i want and she said it is, it’s just the lighting of the picture. once i got to the car i saw the colors were completely off and i said in the survey that’s sent after every appointment i was very unhappy with the color and they told me they would fix it for free and i can do it with ivy. i get there today and ivy isn’t there and the manager is all angry and he ends up fixing my nails. he practically humiliated me in front of the whole nail salon and said next time don’t show us pictures of the color you want just pick a color off the nail samples and i told him i wasn’t aware you can’t match the color because ivy usually does and i never had an issue, and he said yeah well don’t do this again because we will not fix them for you. i am so upset because he rushed on my nails to do another customer and my nails are all messed up and the color isn’t even remotely what i asked for and i spent $56 to get my nails done for no reason. i will never be returning, the management is terrible and who ever the receptionist is, needs to get trained again because shes telling people things that she shouldn’t. (the first picture is the color i wanted, the second picture is what i got the first time, and the third is when i got them fixed today)

I’ve been coming here for a year now and for the first time I can say I have a complaint towards this place. I came in for a pedicure and a fill in. After my pedicure I was told I had to wait 10 minutes until I could get my nails did. 30 minutes passed and I basically they forgot about me. Eventually they decided to service me and the lady who I got put with was very rude and you can tell she did not want to service me!! She said she didn’t know what colors was used to get this color I previously had on my nails. I told her they used the white powder mixed with a light pink. She said she didn’t know which pink so I said well ok what else could u do besides that. She explained what she could do and I said that was fine. She still then proceeded to do my nails with a pink powder and I didn’t want that. I wanted a natural color like I had before. I then asked was she atleast going to smooth or buff the previous acrylic before topping off with the new one. She got upset and said she didn’t know what I want and would I like someone else to do it. I said no just wanted her to buff it out. She decided she didn’t want too and left me sitting there and didn’t say anything. I went with a friend and we went together and we got overcharged $20. Luckily I looked at the receipt and they fixed it. Overall the lady who was supposed to do my nails decided she didn’t want to and left me waiting. I will not be back here. This is how my hands were left.

I have been going here for a couple years and the service has definitely gone down. Last time I went about 3 weeks ago there were gnats everywhere. I got clustered eyelash extensions and they started falling out in the Uber. I know they don’t last as long but I had event 2 days after and gaps were visible by then. I went yesterday for acrylic set and my nails have never been more uneven. Pretty much every nail is not shaped evenly. I got coffin shape last time with a different stylist and it looked so much better and even. I had to tell her to shave in on the side for multiple nails and they still aren’t even. Everyone was nice so I feel bad but I don’t know if I’d go back at this rate

My first time a young man did my nails an didn’t give me what I asked for which was medium square. So Mindy ended up doing my acrylic nails an they came out perfect so the following two weeks which is now I scheduled an appointment with Mindy to do an ACRYLIC fill an change the color. She proceeds to tell me it has to be a darker red to cover up my light pink nails. So I decided to do a Barbie pink an she gave me GEL I just sat there an let her do it because I’m so tired of not getting what I ask for I just let her finish so I could leave. I paid 40$ with a 5$ tip for the bubbly gel nails. Not the color I really wanted and not what asked for at all…..

I went with a group of 6 friends to celebrate a birthday, and it was amazing. They were so accommodating to take us at the same time (I called ahead and made an appt online as well). We were all lined up together and it was a great bonding moment for us all. Each of our technicians were also amazing and left us all satisfied with the massages and scrubs (we got the classic and deluxe)

I desperately need to give life back to my hair after so much at home bleaching- and a fresh cut was just what my hair needed! We went with a dramatic a-line Bob, I have a shaved side so it looks amazing! I went from pretty fried frizzy hair to much healthier shorter hair ( which is what I wanted ). I’m so happy with my hair and this is one of the first times I’ve left a hair appointment feeling confident and happy with my new hair cut! I desperately need to give life back to my hair after so much at home bleaching- and a fresh cut was just what my hair needed! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve came here a couple of times and it’s by far one of the best salons in Gainesville. I even brought my mom so she could get her nails done with me and she loved it too. My only issues is one of the nail techs that I saw today named Ryan claims he knows me from another nail salon that’s been shut down. He actually ruined my experience because number 1 he did not do a good job on my nails he rushed and was rude the whole time and didn’t tell me till the end that he knew me, which he doesn’t, he had me mixed up with someone else. Today, I wanted a simple clear nail and he still messed up. Number 2 he kept accusing me of being someone else. I asked him when it was that I went to the salon he was referring to and he couldn’t even give me a date in time. Little does he know I just moved here and there are only 2 places I’ve gotten my nails done at and I’ve always had female nail techs, except the tech that polished my last design at Cosmo (that nail tech was amazing my the way). That experience is making me take a 5 start salon down to 3 stars. So come to Cosmo but don’t get matched with the nail tech Ryan. One of the other nail tech told me something is wrong with him and that he’s been having issues with other customers. I don’t know but he will never do my nails again. I’m adding photos of my nails with the design that I had done at Cosmo and loved and then the nails I got done after that which was a fill-in with clear polish.
