I had a consultation before my facial.They listen to what my needs are and according to my needs they provide a plan that works best for me. They aren’t trying to sell you products just offer you what they have according to what you need.Also, the salon has four private rooms which I never seem at anywhere else. When you come to a spa you want to be relax, not next to someone or being in a loud environment. I didn’t plan on getting a facial myself until my wife wouldn’t stop talking about how amazing her experience was. Sofia agreed to take me in right away without an appointment, so I could get my own facial. And man, was I transformed. My face felt amazing! My confidence was boosted! My wife went in for a facial and I tagged along. I didn’t plan on getting a facial myself until my wife wouldn’t stop talking about how amazing her experience was. Sofia agreed to take me in right away without an appointment, so I could get my own facial. And man, was I transformed. My face felt amazing! My confidence was boosted! I’m generally rather self conscious about people staring at my face and examining it, but I had a wonderful experience. My skin therapist named Sophia made me feel very comfortable.The atmosphere was so relaxing, I felt like I could have fallen asleep. At one point, she did a pressure point massage on my face, and it was the best part! After it was done, my face was incredibly smooth and supple.Another aspect of the experience that I enjoyed was Sophia’s interaction with me during the facial. In the beginning, I felt awkward and chatted a bit and she chatted with me, making me feel more comfortable. Then, when she started the face massage, I felt very relaxed and stopped talking. It’s my first time here but Sofia’s welcoming and warm personality made the whole process easy and comfortable.As a customer usually I don’t like to write about this, but I did see a 1 star review about the salon. It did raise my concern. After talking with the owner (Sofia) which I learned that they use a cleaning company called Quality Plus.On top of that, the salon is very clean and comfortable. It has 4 separate rooms for different services.
