All three doctors are very knowledgeable. Dr Sarnoff did my mohs surgery and it was done in an efficient manner. Drs Gorkin and Rose have been monitoring the healing process. I am completely satisfied with both of them. I would hardly recommend all three weather it for dermatology or plastic surgery.

Great experience! I had very little wait time before I was brought into the examining room by a very kind and professional woman (sorry, I don’t remember her name). Dr Sarnoff was so professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and kind. Great bedside manner! She explained everything to me from start to finish and gave me plenty of time to ask questions (but I didn’t need to because she addressed everything beforehand!).

I should have known immediately that this wasn’t the place for me as I listened to the unpleasant blonde office person gossip behind the counter, about a patient. When I met Dr. Sarnoff she appeared to be very nice but that was until she collected my money, performed an ineffective procedure and wouldn’t speak directly with me when I called to discuss my pain and concern the following day. I have never had as unprofessional an experience as I did in this medical office, both during and after my appointment. Furthermore, when I finally was ready to seek help from another dermatologist, I found out that Dr. Sarnoff had charged more than FOUR TIMES the fee for an almost comparable laser procedure, the only difference being the strength which was harmful under her care and very successful under the care of the other truly helpful doctor. I would strongly discourage anyone considering this practice.

I was referred to Cosmetique by a friend who was very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by all the doctors in this practice. I saw Dr. Rose who was very personable and thorough for a body scan. She found some suspicious discoloration on my skin that needed to be removed. Dr. Sarnoff performed the MOHS surgery. She was very meticulous and did an excellent job on my face, neck and back. I highly recommend Cosmetique for their dermatology services. I am now a loyal patient.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Front desk receptionist, Nikki (if that is her real name) was absolutely snotty, unprofessional and rude. If these are the type of people put at the front desk to greet customers, that does not say much about business. Nikki purposely made me and my elderly mother wait over an hour and allowed 3 people who came in after us to go ahead of us. When I brought this to her attention, she was argumentative and laughed with her co-workers as if it was funny. Then, another girl came out, claimed to be the office manager, “Nicole”, and began talking to me in a condescending manner. I was so offended. These girls were so rude and snotty, I just could not believe they would be kept at the front desk to represent this business. It seems as if this is a pattern with this business because a number of reviews have also commented on their poor and shockingly rude front-desk skills. If you don’t want to be turned off as soon as your walk through the front door, choose another up-to-date organization with friendly and professional staff. Nicole the so-called office manager boasted about still writing prescriptions on paper. Unfortunately, they don’t prescribe the newer therapeutics such as injectables like Dupixent??? I found that to be very strange because injectables like Dupixent have been on the market for at least 3-4 years. Most of all the front desk girl Nikki is rude and unprofessional and will annoy you before you even see a doctor. And, she is the reason I am taking the time to write this review. Beware!

Their caring, insightful and cooperative attitudes result in a comfortable experience. These characteristics are evident as they relate to patients with the highest caliber of professionalism. This positive and courteous attitude is also reflected by their excellent support Staff! I recently underwent facial surgery to remove a squamous cell carcinoma. Dr. Sarnoff took extraordinary measures to ensure the complete removal of all cancerous tissue. My face looked like a pepperoni landed there. Dr. Gotkin then performed his magic and the plastic surgery repaired the open wound. This was all completed in ONE day with no pain or discomfort at any time!! If a picture is worth a thousand words…one word suffices for the final result…WOW!!! Thank You Dr. Sarnoff, Dr. Gotkin and your incredible Staff!!!
