Buyers Please Beware!!!! I paid $2100 as a deposit for laser lipo with Dr. Bruce Marko in March 2015 for surgery scheduled for May 26, 2015. A few days later I called to cancel and get my money back due to Medical reasons. Well, I spoke to Jodie, who did my initial consultation and she was also the person who took my payment of $2100 over the phone. Needless to say, when I called back, she told me that the person in charge of issuing a refund was out on Maternity Leave and she was not scheduled to come back until the 2nd week in May. Mind you this was March 23, 2015. She advised me that she would leave notes on the Office Managers desk because she was still coming in the office from time time. I never heard from her. I continued to call this office and email Jodi until I called and got the office manager Alicia on the phone the 2nd week in May. She asked me to have my doctor fax over a letter stating I’m not eligible for surgery. I did that on May 14 and still no refund has been made. I’ve called this office everyday to see had my fax been received and no one was ever available to take my calls. The excuses ranged from, they’re in a meeting, to they went to lunch and today after calling and requesting Alicia to call me back, I was told at 2pm she was gone for the day!! I have since emailed her and Jodi asking for answers. This facility has very bad customer service and I do not recommend you go here.What doctor do you know that can not be reached? Not even an email!..Something is just not right and my frustrations are mounding. Do more research! I never spoke to or met the actual surgeon and his office employees were not helpful at all.

I got a Brazilian butt lift done and lipo with Dr Marko and I was not happy at all , I was so upset and was told to give it a year well it’s been over a year and I’m unhappy.. Only good thing about him is that he is nice . I would recommend anyone to go there for those procedures . I so feel like I’m owed money . Funny thing I haven’t heard from them since my complaint .
