Had to change this review because even though I spent a lot of money with this company, the service I have received lately has been terrible. I did not get the results I was hoping for and when I called and very kindly requested to speak to someone about this, I was told I would get a callback within a day and yet it has been seven days with no contact whatsoever. I’m very disappointed, I would not recommend this office, as soon as something goes wrong, they are very unwilling to help. Customers should not be treated like an unimportant number. Edit: This review is not about the products or results as much as the service. I 100% took the advice of the experts at this organization and trusted that they would be doing the right thing. I have never once been unkind or uncooperative. I have always come to them with sincere desire to have the best possible outcome. I am sorely disappointed in how this is being handled. I received a letter in the mail today saying that they would no longer provide service. Not a phone call to talk to me about what we could do differently, no contact to apologize for the results, nothing. I would understand if I had been a difficult client, but I have not at all.
