AMAZING!!! Jessica is very professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. This was my first time getting filler and I must say, Jessica walked me through every step of the way. Getting work done on your face can be scary but the kindness of the employees helped calm my nerves. The numbing cream made everything painless, I didn’t even feel the injections. I love the ladies at Cosmetic Skin Institute! Jessica is amazing! I was long past due for some fillers so I didn’t know where to begin, and since I was on a budget, i really needed some guidance. I knew Jessica would guide me in the right direction. I have complete trust in her to “plump me up” in the areas that most need it. After consulting with her she took a different approach than what I had in mind. I am so happy I placed complete trust in her because I could not be more satisfied with the results! Fine lines around my mouth and wrinkles on my chin area from many years of smoking have virtually vanished, and the subtle plumping of my lips…perfect! Not fake or too full that it was super obvious but enough that my lips had shape again. My glabellar lines & frown lines are diminished and now much less prominent.

Booked an appointment for a mole removal for my daughter. Got in very quick. Space is elegant and clean with proper Covid precautions. I was warmly greeted with friendly front office staff. My daughter was a bit nervous for the procedure and the staff made her feel comfortable and calm. Lots of warm smiles! Jessica explained the procedure well and performed the procedure with the utmost professionalism. Will not think twice about going elsewhere for any of my cosmetic needs!!

If you woke up this morning and you looked in the mirror and you said girl you look exhausted and stressed—- run to CSI & see Jessica Lee. She is a safe clinical experts but also treats the face with artistic perfection. I am moved away to Arizona years ago, but come back to get treated by Jessica because the women look “fake” out there. i’m 52 and I wanted to look younger and fresher, but natural. She truly cares About pain management, has it delicate touch and it’s just very pleasant to be around. During the times of Covid you can’t help but notice how she wipes everything down and does so hygienic, safe and clean. Plus, the consideration for your pocket is there, she will not push you into anything you are not comfortable with doing.

Absolutely LOVE the treatments, service, cleanliness, and attitude of CSI. Angela does a fantastic job listening to me and specializing all my treatments. My skin (dry, acne-prone) has been consistently improving since I started coming to CSI, and my own skincare routine has become incredibly easy and inexpensive because of how well CSI takes care of me! I had a very poor experience at CSI my visit lasted less than one hour and I did get the facial injections that i thought would improve my appearance, I was not happy on my first visit an told them so, they suggested that I wait till my follow up appointment however I was still not happy so the gave me another injection at no additional charge, the atmosphere was not friendly when I wasn’t happy. I was then told I would need to get a facelift to get results due to my age. I would have appreciated that type of advice before paying $4,115.00. I did check with a reputable plastic surgeon whose rate is 10,000 which includes all visits after the procedure. Also I would be billed 1,500 for the surgical center and 1,000 for anesthesia. All this would be in a medical facility with a board certified plastic surgeon. I asked for a refund or and adjustment to my bill and was flatly refused. I would never use Cosmetic Skin Center ever again I am a senior citizen and I am feeling cheated.
