Amaze of how friendly the Staff is. Their covid-19 protocols are well taken care of. Saw The Nurse practitioner Carmona in the englewood office, she was very professional took her time to answer all of my questions the staff was very kind and caring, she did testing on me and I have since found out a diagnosis I didn’t know I had, she prescribed medications that helped resolved my issues and I followed up with my general Dr. on her advise and I’m very thankful for her thorough care and kind bedside manner. Thank you Dr.Carmona for your time and patience.

I waited almost two months to secure my reservation at this well known, supposedly high quality clinic. In this place I was humiliated and discriminated against. Well, I went with my son, who is not a minor (20) for a dermatology consultation. Upon entering everything was normal, following all protocols (documentation, insurance, and physical form). At this moment the receptionist from far away yells “lady you could wait in the hall outside and when it is his turn he can call you” (for me I did not mind because of COVID so I understood). I walked over to her and asked, “will the wait be long? 5 min, 20 min, etc?” Depending on the wait I could go back to my car, when the receptionist told me no that I could wait in the hall (and this is what I did). I stayed around one hour 20 minutes in the hall before deciding to go back to my car. Around 20 minutes later my son calls me saying “mom you can come back, I am already in the consultation room.” Upon entering the waiting room again I see there were about a dozen other people waiting. So I went to the desk and asked the secretary.

Wait time of an hour. Saw the doctor for all of five mins. From front desk to nurse, no one gave me any genuine attention. You are not treated well as a patient.
