The doctors are mad rude and unprofessional… have you ever heard a doctor say “I have made research on google about you skin and it looks normal” if you want a response like that and be sold a $70 cream that can be bought from $20 at Amazon go ahead… besides that she walked out while talking to me and what tops it all off she made fun of this poor elder lady for being “fat” they will fat shame you… DONT GO THEY ARE A WAISTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND OXYGEN

I read lots of bad reviews about this place but I still chose this place because it is very close from my work. But it was a really wrong decision. I waited 70 minute and I asked them how long do I have to wait more. They said they didn’t know, so I told them I cannot wait anymore and asked them if I can get refund the consulting fee $50 that they already charged when I made appointment with my credit card. The reception girl couldn’t answer and one of the doctor( female) came to me and said “No! you still have to pay.” It was ridiculous! I complained that I have waited for 70 min. and didn’t even see any doctor yet. Then she told the reception girl ” Give her refund!” and she went off. There was no apology at all. This is a terrible place! Do not waist your time here. Find other place. **Oh, I found they posted a response for my review and it makes me more disappointed! After 70 minutes long waiting, I was thinking to come back after work but it was too late to come back with my work schedule. And now, they are blaming me for not coming back!!! I wish they just admit the problem and try to correct it. Good luck!

I heard about Dr. Rapaport from two unrelated parties who spoke very highly of him. A year later I was making an appointment to discuss PRP Hair treatment since my hair starting falling out. The initial consult consisted of Dr. Rapaport explaining the procedure, what to expect as well as the pros and cons. He took his time and answered all of my questions. I left the consult thoroughly informed and scheduled my first treatment. The first treatment was exactly as he said it would be like, and while I realize that there was no guarantee of the results, I am extremely pleased. I committed to four months of treatments and results have been amazing. In addition, his staff is very professional and every appointment that I have had has been stress free.

Went to Dr rapport for a Prp treatment about a year ago. I was starting to lose my hair bad and it was almost time to shave my head, I was so self conscious about it. In about 2-3 Prp treatments my hair became full of life and i stopped shedding. I literally have no more thin spot on my head. Prp was a great investment ! I’m so happy with the results.
