Dr. Zara is the best of the best. She sees symmetry so well and knows just how she can make yours more even. You walk out of the place looking like yourself but the best version. I am extremely disappointed in my recent experience with this place. They had called a few weeks back to reschedule my appointment to today, September 14th and what happens? They call me again today, an hour before my appointment, to tell me that they need to reschedule AGAIN. What kind of BS is that? I asked if there would be some sort of discount for rescheduling me twice now and they said no. This is not the kind of place I want to continue going to as there are sooo many other great places in LA!

I was going there for 18 months; things were going good until they brought in a new technician that burnt my face to a crisp like bacon. Those technicians quit after working there for a short amount of time. They usher in new people and claim that they’re experience but they do jobs of an amateur. That’s how a new technician burnt my face February 2020. I took them to small claims court and won at first. I had the pictures as proof and the manager name Stormy filed a de novo and told the judge that I don’t deserve the money; remember my face burnt like toast . She told the judge that it was my fault that they burnt my face. She said that I took too many vitamins and went out into the sun and I didn’t. She refused to take responsibility and said judge she (me) don’t deserve any money in a mocking way when I had to I had to go to work on a new job looking like that. That place is dangerous!
