Great Place! Shay & Mossie make you feel like a friend vs a client. They are knowledgeable and answer any questions you may have. Surroundings and procedure rooms are very comfortable and relaxing. Appts are easy to book and messages are always promptly responded. When you are done with any of the multiple procedures they provide you will leave satisfied and happy.

As a man I know I don’t take care of my skin the way I should. My girlfriend finally convinced me into “treating myself” and getting a Hydrafacial, and to be honest, I’m a little mad I didn’t go sooner. Shay and Naomi were exceptional right from the start. They were so quick to get me in the room I barely got to try the massage chairs in the waiting room. The whole experience was very relaxing, Naomi explained every step she was doing and answered my many questions along the way. I felt like a priority the entire visit, that sounds so simple but is almost a rarity in most other places nowadays. It’s been a few days now since I was in and my face feels smoother than ever. I now get why my girlfriend comes here all the time, and I can honestly say next time I’ll join her!

Absolutely one of the best things I have ever done. My names jenn and I’ve had 2 kids and at 28 I just felt like I needed a boost!After hearing about the votiva and talking with my pcp I asked shay about it! She was very helpful with lots of information and showing me exactly how everything worked. I was nervous having someone down in ur lady regon isnt always comfortable but shay and mossie were very polite and kept great conversations to keep my mind off of things! It was painless and after the first treatment I could feel a difference! No peeing when I sneezed or ringing on the 4 wheeler! 2 more visits left and I cant wait! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience for PRK with Dr. Koloms, Alicia, and the entire staff. My my initial consultation, to the pre-op appointments, surgery, and post-op, my care has always been wonderful. Alicia, my coordinator was so awesome making sure all of my questions and needs were met before and after surgery. She’s one of the kindest humans I have ever met. She made my whole process seamless. After wearing glasses and contacts since the second grade, I was ready to take the steps for Lasik. After my initial consult, I found out I was not a good candidate for lasik. However, I was approved for PRK. Dr. Koloms was absolutely wonderful and I felt like I was in the best hands. I completely trust her with my vision. Three weeks out from surgery and my vision is incredible. I can’t believe I can wake up every day and not worry about glasses or contacts. My life has completely changed. I am so thankful and very happy with my decision to come to the Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Center!
