The ladies are absolutely amazing all of them. The customer service is fantastic. I recommend this place to anyone and we continue to go every week. I have been all over Miami receiving laser hair removal. Out of all the laser technicians I’ve worked with, Maylin has been the best!! The entire staff is consistently friendly and professional. The ladies at the front desk (especially Irene!) are always informing me about upcoming deals to watch out for, but they never make me feel pressured or uncomfortable if I’m not interested.

I called to change my appointment last minute and they were able to accommodate me right away, the front desk staff was friendly and thorough in explaining their policies and answered all my questions thoroughly, I had a PRP facial, and Angela was amazing !!!! she was sweet and friendly and explained everything as she went. she made me feel comfortable and at ease, I already booked a second appointment and I cannot wait to come back, im raving to all my friends and family about this spa.
