Kristen is awesome! I’ve been going there for about 3 months now and she does a great job and has such an outgoing personality. She works with my schedule and gets me in and out quickly. She asks how I’m doing with my treatments each time to make sure everything is going how it’s supposed to! The man who I guess owns it, David, is pretty dry though. If I ever call to change the time of my appointment or anything, he seems like he’s annoyed. Idk what his deal is but Kristen is great 🙂

I had a great experience here at Cosmetic Laser. At my age I had to do something to keep up with Jones so to say. Their laser skin tightening really worked great for me. So glad I came here. I may be 60+ but I won’t tell. The place was clean and their staff was very friendly. The owner, David is a very down to earth young man and was very informative of the process. I didn’t have to wait like you would at a Dr office.

I was introduced to the Louisville Cosmetic Laser and Beauty Spa through a Groupon I purchased. I had been to locations offering similar services before but when I found this location I knew I did not need to shop around any further. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The skin care products they have available for purchase are top notch and they clearly offer accurate advice according to your skin type. I especially loved the microneedleing sessions which turned back the clock on my face and neck. It’s pretty awesome to get carded frequently as a woman in her mid 40’s. I cannot say enough positive things about the Louisville Cosmetic Laser Spa and even close friends and family have commented on how great my skin looks. Critical: ProfessionalismSaw Laura for Botox and she told me everywhere I needed it. I had gift cards to use and she asked me how much they were for so I told her. I told her how much Botox I normally get in the past. And what worked and didn’t work for me. She then educated me on how every place else I went for Botox had no idea what they were doing. I told her my brows have dropped in the past and I didn’t want that to happen. She went ahead and injected and used the full gift card probably 20units more then I have ever needed in the past. ( I was expecting to get 2 uses out of it) crazy how I needed the exact amount of my gift card. I gave it it a week and my right brow dropped like I said it would. She kept telling me it would correct itself. Yes it did after 3 months. She said she prob used too much. Any way 3 months later she reminds me of a follow up appointment. Right when we were in the middle of the snowstorm and everything was closed down. Told her I couldn’t make it due to the road conditions and my kids being home. Pretty much told me she was too busy to reschedule me and would get back to me. It’s been a month with no response. She had a terrible attitude and in my opinion took advantage of having a gift card.
