I called for a Botox appointment for my Masseter muscle. I just moved to reading and was looking for a new place. I have wide masseters because of teeth grinding and wanted some tension relief. The girl on the phone told me that this was a medical treatment and I needed a doctors note that said I needed this treatment for my teeth clenching. I told her that it wouldn’t just be for teeth clenching but also for the cosmetic slimming affect of the jaw. She still told me that I needed a doctors note and that only their seaport location offered Masseter Botox and that there would be a $250 consultation fee. Very bizarre considering the fact that I’ve been getting Botox for my masseters for 5 years and nobody has ever required a doctors note or tried to charge me a $250 consultation fee. People get Botox for jaw slimming all the time not everybody gets it for teeth clenching so for them to tell me it’s solely a medical procedure and that I needed a doctors note and had to pay them a $250 consultation fee was bizarre. I called another in the area and she was able to treat my masseters no problem and did not charge me a $250 consultation fee or required a doctors note. I’ve been to at least 5 Botox places over the past 5 years and this NEVER was an issue for me. Please go to another place these people aren’t specialized in all areas of botox. Waste of time talking to these people on the phone.

This business gets 5 stars from me. It was easy to locate with plenty of parking. The facility was clean and quite. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I went in for laser hair removal on my lower legs. I had gone to a previous place before so I knew what to expect. The girl who laser me was Jesenia and she did an amazing job at explaining the whole process and the machine she was going to us on me. I’ve done a total of 2 sessions on my legs and it’s been the best decision ever. My hairs are barely growing! Cannot wait to go back.

I can’t recommend this place more! Girls are amazing, professional, and friendly, especially Marina. Every treatment my laser tech makes sure I’m comfortable and that we see the progress in results. I would never wax again. So worth it! 🙂

Went in for consultation for my skin. I had really bad acne scarring me. Read up online about the micropen treatment. It was sooo worth it. Jesenia was very knowledgeable about skin and the treatment so I felt very comfortable about going through with it and glad I did. My scarring is less prominent and I feel confident now that I have to wear less makeup
