Clean, nice place, everybody was very polite. I booked a deluxe 1.5 hour facial, the experience wasn’t very good. Everything was fine at first until the “masks” started. The esthetician would put on a mask and a warm towel on my face and disappear. I think she was still in the room but on her phone or something. That lasted so long, way too long. The towel would get cold eventually and cold water would drip on my neck and shoulders, not nice. She repeated that with 2 or 3 more masks. It was so boring and uncomfortable. She basically filled the long 1.5 hr with long waits and cold towels, very boring and uncomfortable. I saw no glowing-skin results as I always see a couple of days after a facial.

Every time I have been here for anything the receptionist is extremely sweet, and greets me, makes me feel comfortable while I wait for my appt. of course I’m always early. Then Mrs.Hill walks out and greets me so sweetly. She is very professional,also makes you feel comfortable before and during procedures.Very sanitary!! She is the only person in this profession who does not push you to get anything you don’t need. She is a very sweet woman and I highly recommend her! Does a great job every time!
