I have been going to Cosi Bella and Zoe Moter has been doing my hair for about 3 months. She was doing a good job. 3 hours before my appt today she cancelled saying she wasn’t doing my hair anymore because she gets too anxious and doesn’t feel I like the outcome. I’ve NEVER said anything about not liking the outcome. In fact the opposite VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never recommend anyone to go to this business!

It is a fun professional positive place. Nicely decorated and lots of room. Plus in a great location fairy sr 514 next to every thing downtown. It’s all with in walking distance. So there is someone waiting on you there is a lot to check out or go an eat or maybe have a drink. Its also comfortable at COSI Bella Day Spa too. Nice fresh hot coffee. Jenny is excellent at her job and of course has a lots of experience. All the people at Cosi Bella Day Spa are professionals at the top their profession. From what I can see everybody’s very happy working at this very enchanting blissful place. The minute you walked through the door you start to relax it’s just a very relaxing atmosphere. there. This is a very warm and inviting salon. Always clean and friendly folks working here. I get pedicures from Trisha who is the best in town. I have been a licensed manicurist for 23 years and won’t go anywhere else and be pleased. My toes always look amazing and feet and smooth and soft. I highly recommend you give her a try.

My wife bought a groupon and went there one day. She had Sherri done her hair and she liked it. Hair salon had a professional setting but barber shop had a ghetto concept. I don’t think the two go well together. I get the concept. Plus, the only drawback is the barber shop, one of the guy kept bothering the customers. He was going around flirting and pestering with the ladies, kinda like trying to be a ladies’ man (if you know what I mean). I think if Sherri wants to take her business to another level, redesign and redefine the barber shop.

When i arrived they told me Mary had left, she was the one i had an appointment with. I did not get a call or email canceling the appointment. But i guess when you are the owner you can fo whatever you want. One of the other employees tried to give me the card to reschedule. I said no thank you, I will never be coming back here. Anyway, I heard they do have good service there, but I guess they just lack costumer service!
