I went back through my contacts and I did call you three and a half weeks ago to book this appointment. I have never ever ever in my life been treated so rudely and disrespected by business in my entire life! This was your fault, completely your fault. You could have asked me to come back there why you did that lady’s hair so that you could talk to me and maybe make some other type of arrangement or something to figure this out! Your response to me was oh my bad? Dot-dot-dot that is all you had to say and then you turned around and walked away from me?! Was standing at the front counter to to have you make something do something say something and you just walked away and blew me off like I was absolutely nothing! I am just in awe and flabbergasted as so disappointed and upset… I waited for this appointment all this time and was so looking forward to having my hair done for the holidays I just absolutely cannot believe that you treat people like you do. I have never ever ever in my life been treated so rudely and disrespected by business in my entire life! This was your fault, completely your fault.
