I’ve been going here since October of 2020, and Robin is so professional and very punctual. She is always giving me good information about my health and ways to keep me in shape. I’ve lost body fat and body weight since I started seeing her back in October of 2020 this was also combined with my workout regimen. She is very well educated in her career field!! We scheduled the appointment for 4/1/21 at 10:00am. She sent me an email with forms to fill out, which I did the same day. I received 2 emails confirming the appointment day & time.The morning of the appointment, I arrived at 10am sharp. I get to the office & NO ONE WAS THERE!!I called several times, sent an email and a message through the patient portal. I waited over 40 minutes and received no calls regarding rescheduling, running late, etc.I literally planned my whole day around this scheduled appointment only to find this place has zero professionalism or regard for their customers, scheduling, customer service, etc.I purchased this off Groupon based off reviews.
