I feel terrible because I can’t remember the name of the very sweet lady who did my luxury pedicure and gel manicure, but she did a great job! Critical: Quality, ValueIt wasn’t clear on the website what the difference in the packages were. I made an appointment not realizing I didn’t make a “gel polish” appointment. The person doing my nails made it a point to change my package upon discovering my wants which in turn brought the price up. The final product looked and felt like something I could’ve done with my collection of polish at home. My toes were smudged. Not at all worth the price. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this kind of experience. Honestly go see my girl Julie at NY nails in the Abbott plaza. The person doing my nails made it a point to change my package upon discovering my wants which in turn brought the price up. I love Corto’s. It’s a warm, quiet atmosphere. I’ve been happy with my manicures and if I’m not happy, they immediately follow up with a solution. I do not care for the fact that when I get a Gel Manicure, if a nail comes off, I’m only allowed to schedule with the Technician who performs the service. To me, that’s inconvenient and poor customer service, which needs to be addressed.

My sister surprised me with manicures and pedicures from Corto’s. It was very nice. The atmosphere was very relaxing and they had water flavored with fresh fruit, very tasty. The services were relaxing and the staff was good. I wish they had massaged my feet and legs a bit more, but I always want that. The massage chairs during the pedicure were fun to play with.
