My service was great, staff is great, just a little disappointed that the consultation fee which is about 75$ didn’t go towards my overall service which was scheduled a few days later. It would be a great policy as some places do this to use the consultation money towards a service that would be scheduled after the intial consultation. I was under that assumption, at the same time I received a 25$ Off for new clients which I could not use due to the type of service I was getting. The 25$ off only applies for new clients who get a costume facial, again it should just go towards any service that is greater than 100$. Service was great
