I had a great experience with these guys. First was the fact that they came out and saved my pool liner when it started to come out of the track. Second, a phone consult when my pool water was cloudy and yet balanced, was spot on. They diagnosed the issue, gave me a recommendation for a copper based algaecide with some instructions, and once followed, did exactly the trick and now my water is crystal clear. Would suggest calling until you get through as it is a busy season and voice mails may not get returned right away.
