Critical: ProfessionalismVery disappointed in the response we received when trying to redeem a Groupon I purchased for my husband prior to COVID. After cancelling an appointment scheduled when COVID began because of their mandated closure, I was told the Groupon I purchased for him as a gift would be honored and they would reach out to reschedule. There was an automated email response stating this but no actual contact since the cancellation in March 2020 so we reached out today for scheduling. We received an email that just said “we are no longer accepting Groupon. Please contact them for a refund.” Not a call, nothing more than this email. Groupon also said that vouchers for spa services would be extended through May 2021, but I realize they probably can’t make the business honor the voucher. We want to support local businesses and we were looking for a local business for ongoing massage therapy services, and Groupon is a great way to see if the services are worth a long term relationship, but this is so disappointing and we will look elsewhere. Very disappointed in the response we received when trying to redeem a Groupon I purchased for my husband prior to COVID. After cancelling an appointment scheduled when COVID began because of their mandated closure, I was told the Groupon I purchased for him as a gift would be honored and they would reach out to reschedule. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityJeanie is SO smart and well versed. I suffer from chronic pain and fibromyalgia. Her knowledge surpasses the rest. She was able to unlock muscles that had been stiff and painful for months. Just Wow!

I tried a few other therapists in the area prior to finding Jeanie and no one compares. One of the many things I like about Jeanie is that she knows the body and the muscles which allows her to work the spot. I personally love the deeper tissue massage to really get to the muscle to release it and Jeanie gets that. She hits those spots right on! Her TMJ work is out of this world!! Jeanie is absolutely fabulous! I have been seeing her shortly after I moved down to NC so for about a year or so. I tried a few other therapists in the area prior to finding Jeanie and no one compares. One of the many things I like about Jeanie is that she knows the body and the muscles which allows her to work the spot. I personally love the deeper tissue massage to really get to the muscle to release it and Jeanie gets that. She hits those spots right on! Her TMJ work is out of this world!! She is AMAZING all around I would highly recommend her!
