Corey Hess offers in person/distance healing, Zhan Zhuang classes over zoom, and one on one consultations to help one on their personal practice. I have been doing the classes and distance healing sessions with him for a couple years and I cannot say how lucky I feel to have met him and have been able to work with him. Corey is able to provide clear instruction through his insight out of his zen training, that has been able to help me at first, get a sense of Qi, but more importantly help me with my spiritual path of zen.
