The premises is clean and the nail techs are pleasant. My complaint is they don’t pay enough attention to their customers needs. When I walked through the door I was asked by the manager ( I presume) how can she help me. I told her I want a manicure and pedicure. Instead of taking me to the chair and helping me into it I was left to figure it out. I’m 75 years old. The young lady who did my toes and nails did a good job. When she was done I was left with toe separators and a bill. No one came back to help me off the chair or took the to separators. All of which was difficult for me. It’s very likely I will not go back.

Horrible service. They are fraudulent. They told me the price for everything then when it was time to pay they added an extra $25 and the guy at the front goes o she didn’t tell you there was an upgrade charge to take off your nails. If they were honest from the beginning because they made a point to tell me the prices for what I thought was everything then that would be one thing. They have hidden prices so beware and be sure to ask for a price even for walking into the facility or accepting a beverage. Good luck

They have a nice ambiance and it’s clean. But it I got almond shape nails with the dip powder and it was ok. The cut on the shaping lead to a few nails looking odd. They don’t have prices listed anywhere no pedicures

Different shapes and sizes took 1 1/2 hrs to do this. Please go somewhere else. Told me one price then changed it. I see from the reviews this is common.

my nails were crooked, half of them were not shaped properly & the powder used was left all over my hands. such a beautiful salon, but the prices are too high for the shìt quality. 115 for a mani pedi with simple single color acrylic nails is crazy.

They completely rush to do my pedicure, barely cut the skins & the massage was quick. I am a male coming to get a relaxing massage, which I paid for the oil massage $39 & it was done in less than 15 minutes. Didn’t service any drinks unless you ASK. you want a terrible service + pedicure??? You coming to the right place

I had a very friendly experience and also came out good I would like to say the offered drinks I got coke cola so people who say they didn’t get drinks are lying also the google trusted review person needs to understand that A they don’t do that and plus you would have said something B people who think prices are high look how much it is to get gas their a non essential resource yhall are just getting them their trying to make a livening and they cannot have cheap prices and if it is to expensive don’t go stupids.

Not impressed at all. Wish I could give a 0 star but I can’t write a review so I have to do 1 star since I’m being generous. The paint on my toes was fine. However, when getting a manicure, the woman picked her nose and then continued with the manicure without washing her hands. The manicure itself left a lot to be desired. Paint in my skin, gel left on ends of nails, and cut my cuticle so bad it started to bleed. If I don’t end up with an infection I will be amazed.

ive gone here a few times but this was definitely the last. the workers talk LOUDLY amongst themselves the entire time which is not relaxing. She literally took breaks during my pedicure to talk and go on her phone. They are not very friendly. i noticed during my SNS she skipped some steps on one of my hands. They are completely distracted the entire time. im sure all other customers would agree. my nails came out wayy too thick and uneven this time. Last time my nail chipped one day after i got them done and the woman used the nail clippers she was using on me on herself to pick a hangnail, i shouldn’t have came back after that… i’m not sure how much longer this place will stay open with the unprofessional staff. it is also pretty unsanitary from what i’ve seen the past few times.

This is my 2nd time visiting this location. The first time I had bad customer service, but thought maybe they were having a bad day. Well not only was I not given a book to see the list of pedicure services offered, I didn’t get offered any of the water and free snacks. I know it might sound simple, but it’s part of good customer service. I will not be back. The place is nice inside if you only care about ambiance. I gave a tip anyway knowing I wouldn’t be back. The nail polish was ok.
