If I could give more stars, I would. I have been dealing with frozen shoulder for a long time. Everyone kept telling me to take steroid medications and get a cortisone shot. I prefer to not take medications if at all possible so I instead did a quick google search and found Jessica. I chose her because she specified deep tissue and I knew that’s what I needed. Little did I know she would provide so much more. She is thoughtful, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and intuitive. You can also tell she loves what she does, which makes going to her not feel so much as a service as it does a collaboration. Not only do you leave in less physical pain, but your soul feels more free as well. After about 4 sessions, I am just about back to 100 percent. I know I could not have gotten here, so quickly, holistically and happy without Jessica. I am so grateful I have found her and will continue to return over and over again. She found her calling, no doubt. With so much appreciation and gratitude <3
