Olivia was able to schedule and fit me in the same day! She is so kind and gentle, and fun to talk with! I really liked the shampoo she used on my hair, so I thought it was worth buying some. She did a wonderful job cutting my hair I love it. I’ve seen Olivia’s work before online. I’ve gone to other salons and they’re either too loud or the staff aren’t as personable, but here it’s just right. Will be recommending to everyone I know!!

I have been coming to Cora and Co for over a year. I used to see Spencer but I now see Izzy every time I go and she is absolutely AMAZING at what she does! She is so kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable about hair when it comes to both cutting and coloring. Decided to try Cora & Company for the first time and I had the best experience ever. Izzy was super nice, got me in and out at a very good time and honestly was the gentlest person I’ve ever had do my hair. I’m super picky about how I want my hair done and who does my hair in general. She explained to me how and why she was doing the style a certain way and I trusted her completely. I think I’ve found a new favorite stylist and place.

I came across Cora & Co this year and everything was going great until the owner Denise spoke rudely to me. She has no manners whatsoever as to how to deal with customers! My husband and my appointment was at 2.15 pm and i called an hour earlier to let them know that i will be coming at 2.30 and can be 10/15 mins late than that due to snowfall and heavy traffic. On the phone i was told it’s totally fine and can come in whenever as both stylist would be able to accommodate us. We reached at exactly 2.40pm (which was in the 15 min extra time frame) and i told them that my husband has gone to collect coffee…he’ll be back shortly. they said it’s ok and to have a seat, but then Denise acted rude and spoke in a harsh tone. I don’t think i will be going here again! they have lost 2 loyal very regular customers. Denise should know that we customers pay them for a service, hence their business runs. if they don’t know how to be polite then customers can take their business elsewhere.. a loss for Cora & Co!!!

The salon atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are friendly and accommodating and I’ve always received the best cuts and color. Never will I allow anyone to touch my hair here it’s a real chop shop! I will not be returning. Completely fried off my hair. Acted like it was my fault that my hair was ruined because I bleached/lightened over 7 months ago! Said they wished they would of had me sign a wavier. There was no consultation and Olivia had no idea what she was doing. Extremely aggravated that my hair is breaking off. They wanted me to pay $90.00 for the wrong color & damage hahaha no! I refused & Denise did not charge me but had no idea how to handle the situation and is oblivious to knowing how to handle a business.

Unfortunately for myself I never like to say anything negative to someone’s face but I am super disappointed in my cut today. I came in with an appointment and was told this was her favorite haircut to do so I was optimistic. I showed her photos and shared what I didn’t want to happen to my hair from a previous experience at another salon and the same exact thing happened again. I’m left with a ledge of chunky hair that is far too short to fix in the front of my face.
