Very easy going place, the people are nice to talk to and easy to get along with. They did a great job with Covid protocols to make people feel comfortable. Even giving water or snacks. All before touching the hair. My lady there was great and very helpful in making a decision on the best utilization of my hair. My hair looked lovely and muched appreciated. Love the actual shop – it’s an A-frame. The hairstylists are very knowledgeable and want to get your look the way you want it. In line price wise for the industry. They do their best to get you an appointment as quickly as possible.

I don’t typically post reviews but I felt my experience was a bit messed up and wanted to share. I went to to their salon to touch up my balayage that was supposed to be blonde. The woman who did my hair was very nice and seemed educated about hair however my results did not come out how I wanted them to. Instead of being blonde, they turned out golden and almost like an orangish color. My hair is now three different colors. When I called to let them know, they offered for me to come back and find some ways we could fix it, HOWEVER wanted to charge me MORE money. So instead of reimbursing me some of my money, or fixing it for free, they wanted me to pay more money to fix their mistakes. I’ve never heard of a salon making someone pay more money towards something they never even asked for.
