I went in for a hair appointment and had a negative experience with the salon owner. First the appointment was scheduled 30 mins late than the original time. When I arrived the door was locked and nobody was there. I tried to be polite and let it go. But then she rushed me and made me uncomfortable like it was my fault for being on time. I also saw her not take clients in who were 15 mins late. She also has assistants who just have graduated cosmetology school who are inexperienced do most of the work. One of the girls did a blowout and curled my hair. It did not stay intact.
