This is the only place I will ever get my hair done. The ladies are always amazing and they always do a wonderful job I walk out of the shop looking and feeling like a million dollars. I would and do recommend her shop to anyone who ask (even those who don’t). She has always been kind honest and upfront with any questions I have had. ☺

If they do a horrible job on a client’s hair they have no remorse for it. I got my hair totally butchered, I went home after the appointment, wanted to look it over in my mirror that is well lighted to truly soak in the damage that was done and got roasted for a negative review on her Facebook page for sub par service with no refund, I spent $115 to be humiliated by these people and to have to go spend another $65 for someone else to fix their mistakes. It’s super upsetting as someone who was once a loyal customer to know that my loyalty was never valued whatsoever. Don’t go to this salon, their customer service skills are awful.

Rajani did an excellent job with my brows, and was very attentive to what look I wanted. Threading isn’t the easiest thing for me to sit through, but she made the experience 5 stars for sure.

I was wondering where to go for haircut and for sure I will not go to this place. The way how they reply to the negative comments is shocking. So angry and without no respect – only evil stings. If it’s normal response to the customers I will stay as far as it possible from this service.
