I had been looking forward to this appointment for awhile. I was scheduled for 5:30 and did not get acknowledged by my stylist until 6:00 or a little after. In the past when a different stylist was running behind, I would get contacted ahead of time. I said it was fine because I was looking forward to highlights and changing up my hairstyle. I had said to my stylist that you could tell I really needed a cut. It had been awhile. She mentioned she might be able to trim it. After I was brought back to the chair after laying in the sink (which felt like eternity while she sweeping, cleaning, washing someone else’s hair, etc so they could leave) she said she might be able to fit a trim in. I told her I was under the impression it was a full highlight and cut. I was never asked what style I wanted and barely a quarter inch was taken off. The back grows faster than sides and front, so nothing really was taken off of those and I still have split ends. I was so exhausted I let it go thinking I wouldn’t be charged for a slight trim. I was so looking forward to a new style. When I looked at my receipt that was emailed, I realized I was charged for an extra bowl ($20) and for an actual haircut $60. I had gone home and cried after my appointment. She was in such a hurry to get out of there and close up. It ended up being $225 before tip. I should have said something there, but wanted to get out of there without crying. I so needed a pampering day and did not get it. I’m irritated that because she spent a half hour longer with another client, I paid the price by her rushing. I cannot believe I was charged for a haircut. It doesn’t even look like anything was trimmed. I am done with Copperfalls. I will be going elsewhere

I had the best massage of my life today – Mr. B was incredible and my body no longer feels like a jacked up slinky toy. I also got my hair done and am so so happy with the color and the cut. The one thing I wish they had done differently was schedule the massage for AFTER my hair appointment – because my hair ended up soooo oily and greasy immediately after getting it done. But overall an amazing experience I highly recommend.

Lisa was the best! She created such a warm, safe environment while also providing an infectiously happy and bubbly energy as she communicated throughout the session to make sure I knew what she was doing and was comfortable at all times. I felt so relaxed and much looser afterwards!

I decided to give this place a try being I had a gift card from someone for there… I booked myself and my 12 year old daughter a trim.. maybe each got 2 inch off… the girl that I seen was very nice, but rushed my hair I felt like… the woman who my daughter had, kept leaving to go talk to someone about another client who didn’t like their hair, to one point she even talked about the other client in front of my 12 year old daughter. She also proceeded to tell my daughter his terrible her hair was from swimming(she hasn’t swam in months) and letting my daughter know that her hair is so fried she should cut 6 inches off. Time to check out and my total come to $93.00 …. What for 2 – 30 min trims… mine was $35.00 because I was a new guest, my daughter was $45.00 and then an extra charge of $15.00 because her hair was thick… umm excuse me… $60.00 for a 12 year old hair trim!!!!! So I give my gift card which was $50.00, and my debit card, to be told my gift card didn’t have a balance, I said I’m sorry I have never been here and the gift card was a gift, it’s never been used, only to be told o well there is a zero balance, your total is $93.00! I paid the amount but will NEVER be back! Terrible service!

It was a mixed experience. When I got there I was told to take a seat. Then when Jackie came out she asked why I wasn’t in a robe. I told her no one had mentioned that to me. So then it took time for me to change. Then I had to fill out several pages of paperwork. Then we discussed what all the treatment entailed. By the time she actually got started with the treatment it was 11:24 and my appointment was at 11. It was supposed to be an hour long treatment but she finished at 12:08. Also, when I checked in they asked me which complementary add-on I would like. I selected one but never received it. I was happy with how Jackie performed the treatment, but overall I felt the experience was not up to what I expected.

It was my first time here. All of my other experiences getting my nails done has been…. Meh. Kelly and this establishment are INCREDIBLE!!! Everyone was so kind, Kelly was gentle, professional, and made my experience so relaxing. I’m already trying to book a spa day for my husband and my wedding anniversary. If you want to feel pampered, go to copperfalls. ❤️

Had the most incredible massage with Richard. Highly highly highly recommend. I went to a spa in Castle Pines (rhymes with Hood Mouse ) and it was nowhere near as amazing as Copperfalls. For the price, service and expertise worth every penny:)
