This location is really going down hill. Celebrity is down, don’t know when it will be fixed, on top of it, the girls working the front desk litterally know nothing about tanning. I asked the difference between high pressure and platinum and was told that you tan faster. Which is not true. You tan deeper, not faster. The difference between the beds is the difference in rays being emitted. UVA vs UVB and a ratio of the two in lower level beds. No knowledge of lotions other than “it smells nice ” really, truly, considering boca taking club again. You pay the exact same amountand have much better service with qualified tanning aiconsultants

Girl at the front named Hailey was beyond nice and really helped me figure out what would be the best tan for me. I came in very late at night thinking it would be an in and out experience but when I was greeted by her at the front we had conversations before and after my tanning experience. Absolutely amazing costumer service! I was planning on coming back for a second round to build my tan and definitely will be coming back when she works next! You don’t have conversations with minimum wage workers like that anymore. I was really happy with my entire experience there. I’m happy to know that I have a good and nice tanning place to go to. Thank you.

I love copper tan! I have been an active annual member for 15 years. My favorite location is the west palm beach location, not just because it’s always perfectly clean and convenient but also because of the staff. The manager Bree is very attentive and her customer service exceeds my expectations every single time I go in (at least once a week) the associate Hailey always welcomes me, even by my first name and has such a sweet positive attitude and willingness to help me with any questions I may have. Rachel was very professional as well. If you are looking for a tanning salon, look no further and introduce yourself:) these girls will take great care of you!

I lost more then 10 sessions and was never explained to that they expire. I have been going to this tanning salon for over 5 years to have the girl tell me nope they’re gone sorry. I give this place a 3/5. Receptionist was pretty friendly and she broke down everything for me. I wanted to even my skin tone and she suggested the coast 1 intensifier. After the session I got pretty good results! It wasn’t until I got home, took a shower, and realized that I was having some form of allergic reaction. Everywhere that I placed the intensifier felt itchy and hives began to break out. I’m surprised this happened because I usually don’t break out to anything, but then again this is my first time using the product. I tried reading the ingredients but they’re very small font size and the white color wording definitely doesn’t help.

I have been tanning for years, so I am well-versed when it comes to tanning beds — all the way back to the early 90s. I just left coppertan and the girl working put my friend in a standup bed without cleaning it. My friend was told there was a guy in the standup and he had one minute left. My friend watched the guy walk out the front door and the girl working says “number 17 is ready” without even getting up from the desk to walk back and clean it!! Then my friend asks for a towel and the worker says “well he didn’t bring one out so it’s probably still in there”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? COPPERTAN DO BETTER!

Update:I’ve been tanning here for years only to find out my expensive package I purchased has expired. They don’t tell you when you sign up for a huge package that they expire. BUYER BEWARE
