Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!!… I wish I could give zero stars. Manager rude and unhelpful. Always new staff who don’t know what they are doing. Don’t waste the money. Go where your patronage is appreciated because it won’t be at this salon.

Terrible customer service; they say that you pay a month and the next month the renewal it would be cheaper and when you try to renew they don’t allow you unless you pay full price. There’s lizards inside the tanning beds they had to upgrade me one because 2 of them were in room 12. And they don’t clean after every customer or sanitize! There’s better ones and more modern in the area!

I’ve been a client since 2018 and I missed a cut off date of 2 days to cancel a subscription and they wouldn’t override it due to “Corporate”. It’s not worth getting getting thier subscriptions since they do not care about thier clients no matter how long you have been a client. They only care about taking your money Tanning

I was disappointed I owned Coral Tan and I know we made sure our beds were clean great customer service and the best lotions and bulbs I never developed a tan and I tan very easy even using their best bed and spending 36$ for one session bad customer service and the bed didn’t work she had to come in after I was already ready to lay down to tan I had to get back up and get dressed to go back out front to ask her to turn my bed on. They had a new girl working and that’s great but she had no idea what she was doing or how to run my credit card and was left by herself by a coworker who claimed to be sick but was laughing and on the phone outside trying to make her plans for the night. The service was not good I am not into in going back

I have been using this location off and on for a few years now and The Front desk services is always nice, the beds do work, I just recommend trying and alternating your tanning lotions, you will get a better tan when you do that. Also try different tanning beds, it does make a huge difference in your tanning. I am with everything satisfied with this location.
