I’ve been tanning in Delray for many years and I finally went up to the Boynton store and found out how much better it was than the Delray store. When the celebrity bed is out in Delray, there are no other choices, five beds don’t work and if celebrity is down, there is no other celebrity bed. I want what I’m paying for and I’m not getting it in Delray.

Recently Copper Tan made a financial error on they’re end and charged me almost $700. When notified of they’re mistake they told me they could not refund me my money, but instead I could use that money as credit. People, this is what you, as a customer can expect if this happens to you.

I have been tanning for MANY years and have never been happier with a tanning salon than I am with Copper Tan. This location is immaculate and the staff is amazing. Refused to honor my Groupon voucher that was gifted to me Evidently I had been at this location over a year ago, and the girl at the front desk did not offer alternate options and basically said it’s not their problem because Groupon is a third party company and they are reserved for “new” customer use only. Not really a good way to do business offering 0 other alternative resolutions to retain me as a future customer potentially… Won’t be going back

They are so friendly here. I literally go here mainly because of the customer service and they’re always so helpful… Every tanning salon has the same beds same spray booth, but if the customer service isn’t there then why contribute to them? All their locations are super friendly and helpful and affordable!!
