Such a cute salon! I go to Marissa and I’m always ecstatic at how my hair turns out. I love that I can book online – convenient, easy, and I am sent reminder emails. I also love their shampoo sinks – so comfortable!! Highly recommend working with a stylist from this salon. I love that you can check out each stylist’s work via their instagram (linked on the website) so that you can get a sense of who might be best for what you’re looking for. Each stylist manages their own calendar so appointments need to be scheduled in advance, online. Super easy!

The entire staff at Copper Hair House are exceptional! I’ve been seeing the owner for over 7 years for my balayage/highlights and I’ve always left feeling like she took care of exactly what I wanted. All of the women that work here are incredible kind and always recommend it as a place to get their hair done. Each stylist has their own online booking system which is super easy to use. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service. Standing in front of a stylist, attempting to make appointments, as she was not engaged with a client, only to be told to go on-line and they would see if they could provide services for me and my mother. Clearly, the message was clear, our business was not needed or wanted. Is there any salon in Rocklin who would like two loyal customers? Not this one.
