Made an appointment with Kole for haircut style. BIG mistake. My instructions were to cut left to length of right. Other than that could point cut blend but other than long left piece that prior stylist had left crooked, didn’t want to look like I’d even had a haircut. Needless to say, he didn’t listen. Chopped at least 6 inches off my hair. Left it unblended all over, no layers. So now I have a bob cut just above my shoulders. Must not take much to get a Master Stylist Certificate from Aveda, as he had one. I complained at the front, and was told he was with another customer so she’d have him call me. Really? Send your customers away to come back instead of having him or anyone correct what could be done at this point??!! I witnessed clients leaving that their hair looked hideous and these girls just smile and take their money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
