Had Michelle cut hair for the 1st time one week ago. I have thick, course, natural curly hair. It’s so ugly!! The 2022 mullet! Super short in front and sides. Super long in back. Looks like my 4th grade hair! From the early 70s.. she said as she was finishing cutting it. Like she always tells people if you don’t like it , if it’s too short it’s okay it’s only hair it will grow back.!… Then before I left she said that she has a one week warranty for her haircuts! It was impossible for me to tell before I left because of the way she styled my hair with a straight iron with everything just combed straight down. Which is opposite of what I do with my hair.

Hands down the best salon I have been to and Michelle’s work is phenomenal. I have been coming here for over 10 years and no one or nowhere even compares. Every time I leave I get compliments beyond compliments about my cut and color. They also recently relocated to a new location and the atmosphere there is amazing.

I have been a client at Copage for 20 yrs and have found the staff pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere is one of professionalism, very clean and inviting. My hairdresser is Marnee. She always asks me what I have in mind for my cut/style or both. She is very punctual, does not make me feel rushed, engages in pleasant conversation and makes me think that my hair is her most important task. Marnee gives an excellent hair cut!! I have thick hair and it just falls into place after a cut. Even I can style it when I get home. I appreciate Michelle for her concern as an owner to have the environment and staff to be inviting, attentive and pleasant while being proficient and talented in their profession.

My girlfriend recently had her hair cut and colored at Copage by the owner Michelle. She walked out with the worst Ombre look ever! The lower ends of her hair looked liked they were dipped in orange food dye. She paid over $200 for her dorrito orange hair, when she was leaving the owner told her she may want a toner in a few days… REALLY?? HER HAIR WAS ORANGE!!! After calling the owner regarding her dissatisfaction, she was told she may be able to correct it and it may be at no charge but no guarentees on either. I wouldn’t recommend going here on your worst hair day! A complete waste of money spent on a very unethical establishment, not to mention the cost of the color repair.
