When I 1st went there 2 years ago my experience was amazing. Last year when I was visiting home I went and my pedicure peeled after 3 days. I gave them another try when I was home for a wedding this weekend and my moms nails were flawed/chipped before we even got home. I brought her back to have them fix it. It lasted about an hour before it chipped again. They talk amongst themselves and I feel like they’re talking about me. They never try to engage you in conversation at all. It feel like a factory and not a relaxing atmosphere at all.

Went yesterday to try it not impressed at all. The lady Anna cut a little piece out of my finger above my cuticle with the cuticle snipper. I have to say I’ve never had my finger cut before it wasn’t pleasant. They charge extra for a lot of things also that most salons include. I will not be going again.

The salon is absolutely beautiful. They are one of few salons that are well staffed but the customer service is top notch over the others, so I always come here first. I come from over an hour away. That’s how good they are! They do accept walk ins, but they are super popular (for good reason) so I usually make an appointment. Winnie and Grace do wonderful work on my nails! All of the staff are very friendly. I have recommended this place to all my friends. Plus, they have a “loyalty” card which is pretty nice, too.

THIS IS NOT THE SAME COOPER NAILS IT WAS A MONTH AGO!!!!!!!! If you are hoping for the cooper nails that you knew and loved with our great techs of grace. Lily, Winnie and James you wont find it here. I did not know it had changed hands when I called to make my usual appointment with Grace. When I showed up they told me that Grace was no longer working there…..it wasn’t until I was sitting down and soaking that I realized th a t Noone looked familiar…they are all gone. As far as my actual nails….I am extremely disappointed. I got the same thing I usually get anc with a colored French tip…they are all different lengths and the colored French lengths are all different. As if that wasn’t bad enough……somehow when I got to the register my service was 10$ more then the girl told me when she started….10$ more then every other time I have gotten this same exact thing. 10$ more then their own sign said….10$ more then the price they gave when I called back and ask how much for the service. They claimed that because it was a colored French tip that not only do they charge an additional 5$ …they charge 10$ more. So that’s 15$ on top of rhe $40. The woman next to me got a set of gels with multiple nails of art with muti colors and her was somehow only 10$ more. WHAT!!!!! I’m not a noob either…this is the same service I have gotten and paid the same for over a year. I will never go here again…..it’s not even the bad job…..it’s the shadyness, dishonesty that has me saying never again. If I could give it no stars I would…..they got me for the $10
