Had a 315 appointment never received a call when I arrived at the salon the hair dresser never came out to greet me. I stood in the waiting area of the salon for 45 minutes and not one person said a word to me or the other 3-4 people Waiting. Terrible customer service, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I was excited to go here referred by a friend although was left extremely upset. I came in with blonde hair looking to get black highlights, sent multiple pictures of what I wanted, stylist confirmed. Stylist bleached my roots then proceeded to put black highlights in but used “blue black” .. long story short she washed my hair out and my blonde hair soaked up the blue leaving it purple first, she toned what she could out.. Now when washing my hair, it’s blue.. not what I asked for and upset that she booked me knowing my hair would be blue. I paid her for the service and have texted her my issues, she left me on read. Unprofessional and never coming here again. Apparently she doesn’t know the color theory of dyeing hair and I didn’t even know she used blue black until she frantically was trying to get the purple out of my hair. Now I get to pay $$ for someone else to correct this mistake…

Sunday was a great day to go. Appointment only. Great decor, and vibe. Armando gave me an excellent haircut. He listened well during the consultation. He took his time. He told me what tools, and product he was using so I could duplicate the look at home. He is kind and good at conversion. I am overall very satisfied with my visit to C&S.
