I got my haircut by Dana and I am 1,000% HAPPY with the results. Not only was she super down to earth and friendly, but she did a great job. I have curly hair and my curls are extra bouncy and my ends are completely even. Do you know how hard it is to find a hairstylist that can accomplish a straight line with curly hair?! Yup, that’s her. Thank me later!

Using their online booking, there is no customer service, received no call back for a schedule of the next day. When calling the receptionist informed me that this is in a monitored system, therefore she was unable to see the request unless it’s booked to a certain person. So if you are a new person looking for this type of salon don’t expect to hear from them.

I had the worst experience of my life at a different salon which resulted in me wearing a hat. The color and cut were so bad I was considering shaving my head because I didn’t think it could be fixed. One of my coworkers recommend this place and I am glad I listen because they saved my hair. The customer service was amazing from the making the appointment to the stylist. Emily not only salvaged my hair but I can honestly say that it is the best cute and color that I have ever gotten.

I was so excited when my request for an appointment was accepted over a week ago . My appointment was set for 9am , I had made sure to set aside this day so that I could get my hair done . Well I show up and the person who accepted my appointment is not there . They reach out to her and it turns out “she sent me a message telling me she wouldn’t be available” . Big time bs , but I let it slide . I was then given a number to reach out to her to try to get me in for another day. No reply . Life happens , but this is simply inexcusable. Time is money and my time today was wasted . Icing on the cupcake was no reply . Sorry for trying to give you guys business I guess . ♀️ . Pro tip :WORK ON YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS
