I came in asking Bri to change the color of my hair pretty drastically. I have hair that is very difficult to work with and has been colored over with low quality hair dyes for years. She carefully listened to what I said that I wanted, asked me questions to make sure we were on the same page, and made it happen. She took the extra time to keep working on making the color come out right. I love the color and it’s what I asked for! She’s also super kind and fun to talk to! She is THE BEST!
