Went in to a very beautiful location. My appointment didn’t feel rushed and my nail tech was amazing! She listened to me and was super easy to be around and spend time with. I went in for a deep conditioning treatment a few months ago and had a really good experience…my second experience was not so great. I went in for a color job, sent a picture and brought that picture with me. I knew what I wanted to do would take more than one visit but when I got there and sat down we talked about what we were going to do. Test strands, dark blue on roots, light blue on the tips. No test strips were done, my roots and hair almost to my ears were dyed dark brown, the tips turned out greenish blue. I went home and thought I’d try my best to like what I got. The next day I still really want happy with it so I called to come back in to have it fixed, explained why I was unhappy with it. there was no apology or anything and I was told that I couldn’t get in next week on the days I had available. Frustrated, I went to another salon to see what it would take to have it fixed and apparently because the stylist applied such a dark color up top I need a full color correction. Removing all the color Cooper and co did, then potentially have to go though multiple other colors before I can even hope to be close to what I had initially wanted. Really upset at a waste of money, the lack of interest in fixing what was done and the long process I will now have to go through to undo what was done. I would not recommend going to this salon for bright color jobs and if you do I would strongly suggest going in person to make the app so you can get a realistic idea of what you’ll actually walk out with

My wife has been going to Ethan for years and always comes home looking and feeling amazing. I am not much for hair styles but recently reached a crossroads with my hair thinning and turning white.
