Lollie Russo was excellent in handling my overseas enquiry on a possible CVG scalp reduction surgery with Dr Cooley. While I haven’t spoken to Dr Cooley himself I believe the professionalism shown by Lollie is an excellent indication of the high standards of Cooley Hair Center. Unfortunately due to an untreatable pre existing condition, I am unable to further any CVG surgery on my scalp, however should the day come when my hair falls out, and inevitably it will, I will still consider Cooley Hair Center based on this positive interaction I’ve had with Lollie thus far. The only FAKE reviews here are the ones posted by Jerry’s Cooley’s paid henchmen. They scour the internet searching bad reviews and attack honest people, like they will attack me and this review immediately. Just watch! They also drum up business everywhere touting how great a doctor is. This is a very sleazy industry- employed even by the ‘best’ doctors- with very sleazy actors. Low integrity and unusually rude is common practice in HT field- they think you are desperate so why not kick around those needing help?? Cooley handed me a $18K ‘plan’ and ignored my follow-up questions when I contacted him for clarification on the procedure. Great customer relations, huh? They will say I am fake or another practice, but I am 100% real and this 100% happened. And notice how many say nothing about the practice itself, but just give 5 stars? One guy named Tillman reviewing here is a PAID spokesman for Cooley. Cooley does not like to do corrective work or challenging work either- he likes easy jobs, meaning virgin scalps. Luckily I never had a transplant before, but he seemed very uninterested during the consult. Maybe he found my ethnic hair too challenging? Notice on his site there are an unusual number of young people with very thick frontal hair transplants, which means there won’t be any hair left for them when they lose their crown. Look up ‘hair transplant donor management’ to understand the repercussions of this very foolish approach employed by this office. Do your research and tread CAREFULLY!

Incredible hospitality by the entire staff. Dr. Cooley and his team really are true masters of their craft. I would highly recommend Cooley Hair Center if your seeking hair restoration as a option. Not to mention all the non surgical options that they provide. Just to throw this out there.. I originally opted for a 1200 graft procedure and come to find out Dr. Cooley ended up implanting an additional 250 grafts at no charge. Thanks again guys!

My nephew went to Cooley 5 years ago and his hair looked great until he started losing the crown region and discovered Cooley had depleted ALL his donor region for the front so that there was none left for the back! Cooley makes 25 yo men look like 15 yo kids, then when they go bald in back and they look ridiculously like Friar Tuck by 30. No reputable transplant doctors will do a low frontal hairline for men in their 20’s because they have no idea how bald they will be in their 30s, 40s and 50s and can not anticipate how much donor hair they will need. This is really malpractice. And my nephew said they gave him drugs to basically knock him out during surgery- way more than other docs use. He figured Cooley likes his patients to be motionless during the procedure. Nice. He will respond angrily to this post, but go check out his website- all these guys are super young and their hair looks great now- just wait 5-10 years and see if they are still happy. They will NOT be!
