I had an appointment and when I arrived they sat me in a chair for almost an hour before they started on my pedicure. It took two hours to get a pedicure. They started on me and the women sitting next to me at the same time. The 2 employees working on myself and the woman next to me talked the entire time I was having the pedicure… loud and nonstop talking.. I just wanted to sit and relax and my experience was far from relaxing. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. When I was checking out, the women at the counter was very aggressive about me paying cash. I will never go back.

My daughter and I stopped in as walk-ins at the N. Government Way location. We had about a 20-30 min late. Everyone was busy but all the employees kept us updated as to when it was going to be our turn. My daughter asked for a simple design and I went with a solid color. These are the best gel manicures we’ve had! Our tech was gentle, took her time, and even spent extra time cleaning up my cuticles. We’ll definitely be back!
