This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The guy doing my nails was so nice which is the only reason I stayed through the whole thing. Unfortunately after getting home and realizing just how bad these were I called and complained and asked for a manager. Apparently the Manager is out of town long term. He also stated it was the nail polish that caused it, said sometimes they put acetone in the polish to thin it out and he probably over thinned it. I have to wonder if this guy is even licensed. He had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He filed me nails I have been growing out for 6 months down to stubs. He shaped my one hand square with rounded edges which is what i asked for. After giving him multiple corrections on that hand and actually picking up the file and doing a couple jagged nails myself because every time he touched them he made it worse, I finally told him these were perfect shape and do the other hand the same. 10 minutes of filing later, I look at the other hand and he had made them completely rounded to a point and all in different lengths. I was in disbelief and then I started telling him that he needs to look at what he is doing…. I could go on and on about the 100’s of corrections I had to give him. When it got to polishing he would put the polish on missing huge gaps in the nail bed, or with debris under the polish. I had to point out at least 5 spots on every single nail he kept missing…. I swear he has never painted nails before. As you can see in the pictures here this could have been done by my 4yo son. I told him I wanted a polish on my nails and feet. He insisted on a pedicure and manicure for $45. Once he has me sit in the pedicure chair for upwards of 3 hours while doing absolutely nothing to my feet, he then informs me that to get a polish is another $16 for feet and $13 hands. So I ended up paying $75! for this! He did not file the bottom of my feet. He scrubbed the tops of them with a brush so hard it left scratches all over my feet. He then filed my two big toes completely different shapes. I was so upset with how he filed my right toe. I asked him why he did that and he said sorry… sorry… I Do Better…. I called him to discuss the situation the next day as the polish has chipped on 2 nails already… He told me to be there at 9am yesterday. Of course nobody was there the 3 times i went by yesterday. I think this is a fraudulent nail salon meaning nobody is licensed.

Awesome experience! Very affordable! I never used to get my nails done, but this place has changed my mind. Love it! The staff is super friendly and sociable; definitely something I want if I’m coming back every other week. I’m recommending them to everyone.

I recently found this salon and I love it! The facility is new and nice, the products and services are great and most importantly, the customer service is excellent! John and Le are both great. Le has done my nails a few times and she is really good. I tried a gel dip for the first time and it lasted over three weeks! I highly recommend this salon!

I’m so glad I found this place! I had a gel manicure and pedicure, and I talked my husband into coming and getting a pedicure, too. They did a wonderful job and really pampered us. Everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant. Unlike some places, where they give you a 30 second message and they’re done, at Cool Nail & Spa they messaged my legs and feet for at least 5 minutes. It was heavenly. I don’t get my nails done often, but whenever I want to treat myself I will come here.

Amazing! So clean and sanitary! Just opened in August. I had a pedicure, gel finger nails with mood polish- the color actually changes depending on how cold your finger tips are. I also had a full face wax. Felt beautiful! They are offering 20% off too. All the above for $62! I will definitely go back. Friendly too!

Just went to this amazing spa! I was feeling down & needed something to lift my spirit. I drove by this place tucked in a small shopping center. The lot was empty & I’m all about supporting small new businesses. So I went in & was greeted by three lovely smiling welcoming people. Immediately I was impressed. The man doing my pedicure was so enthusiastic about what & how he was doing. He was trained in accupressure & was excited to explain every step to me. It was so intriguing! We discussed modern western medicine vs Chinese medicine. It was awesome! The lovley woman who did my manicure was so professional & concerned with quality. She was great too! I will totally come back! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!

Call and made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. Got there 15 mins before my appointment time. I asked how long the wait was. The man said 10 mins and put in pedicure chair. I was in the chair for 45mins. There were 2 people that walked in after me that immediately got service. No one informed me of anything. I said i was leaving then the man came and started a pedicure but i noticed his tools didn’t come from autocave (the sanitizer) it came fro the last person he just serviced. I asked for CLEAN TOOLS he looked at me like i was crazy. I left and will never be back. I did not get any services done. Ladies be careful and make sure this shops are using sterilized tools.

Terrible! They didn’t even touch my cuticles! Basically, it was just a quick filing job and gel nail paint. I could do a better job at home by myself. Very disappointed. I had them done early this very week and they are ALREADY messed up looking. Save your money!!!

Went and got my nails done here. Got a full set put on n they all feel off in a weeks time! I paid 45 dollars and was there an hour n a half! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
