After trying several different haircut spots around Sierra Vista, and being severely disappointed, my husband and I first came to Cool Cuts together on April 10, 2021. Our easy experience and good haircuts keep us coming back, and bring our teenage boys with us. Our family of four trusts Cool Cuts to do the haircut right and get us in and out quickly. I’ve seen others complain because they don’t take appointments; but, if you actually go in and wait, the wait is usually half hour or less – you just need to sign in to secure your spot. I’ve heard potential customers come in to the shop and demand they do certain haircut styles; and they will honestly let the customer know they don’t do certain techniques in their shop. Cool Cuts is a no-fuss place, and fussy customers seem to be the ones most upset in these reviews. They have a lot of elder population come in for cuts, which tells you they are respected and that they have plenty of patience. Cool Cuts is worth a visit if you’re looking for a straightforward cut, no muss, no fuss, and a kind staff.

So. I’m a family man with a wife and 4 kids. Finding time just to do anything is rough. I called the morning of 05-06-21 to see if I can make an appointment to come in and get a simple haircut, because anything I do, I need to make an appointment because of such a tight schedule. They would not accommodate for my need. Very, very disappointed. As a business they are not willing to go out of the way to help a customer. A customer who has a big family. A family that could all get their haircuts done there. I guess you don’t need business that bad. Remember. It’s customer’s like me who if I have a great experience I’ll keep going back and would also tell other people of the great experience I had. We keep you in business. And after looking at the negative reviews, with no response from the owner or any individual at that, I see they really don’t care about returning customers.

Critical: QualityThis is the 3rd time I’ve taken my son here for a haircut and we will never come back. I always ask for a 4 on top and 2 on the sides. It has always looked as its supposed to in the past.Today was different! The woman shaved all of my son’s hair down to a 2! There was hair that wasn’t brushed off. I brushed most of it off before the pictures. There’s even hair that’s longer than the rest up front.She didn’t care! She rushed through his haircut!
