Critical: QualityWas very disappointed to find out that the least they use on haircuts is a 1/2. Employee stated that they cater to children so they aren’t allowed to use “blades”. Well my son always gets fades with double 0’s and they have never used a “blade ” on him. The prices are very high and you cannot even get what you asked for. I have paid up to $30 for my son’s fades, but I got what I asked for his haircut so I paid. I was recommended to this place, but do not recommend to others who fade their children’s hair! Was very disappointed to find out that the least they use on haircuts is a 1/2. Employee stated that they cater to children so they aren’t allowed to use “blades”. Well my son always gets fades with double 0’s and they have never used a “blade ” on him. The prices are very high and you cannot even get what you asked for. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in morning with my 1 year old son and staff memeber said that he need his shoes on without that they won’t cut his hair and there were no one who could communicate with us in English as we don’t understand too much spanish. I called later to see if someone got there who could speak English but dame staff member said that someone will come at 3pm who speaks English. I called back after 3pm and then she tells me that someone will be there tomorrow morning who can talk to you in English.I still don’t understand why they can’t cut hair without 1 year old shoes.
