I’m happy with my 7 year olds hair cut but my 4 year olds hair was super super crooked.. It’s not very noticeable in the picture but it was bad and a lot of people were commenting on how uneven it was so I had to fit it myself. Sierra did it.. she was really friendly though but it was disappointing

This place is everything. Sierra was super friendly and professional and the shop was super clean. My son (3yo) has never been to a shop for a cut before, but he loved every second. The cutting chairs are adorable little cars with lap belts. They also have a little slide area and give you 50 cents to do a game machine after the cut and include a lollipop. ALL FOR $21 (plus tip, if you don’t tip, please don’t go out in public.) Ps. They even offer mommy and daddy cuts too, so the whole family can smile in style.

I scheduled an appointment for my 4 year old twin boys to receive haircuts and my 11 year old daughter to get her bangs trimmed. All the stylists were patient and very friendly. Extremely rude staff! Refused to cut my sons hair because we didn’t have an appointment yet there were at least 6-8 stylists doing nothing. There wasn’t a single child in the store getting a haircut. When I questioned further they said they were booked up for the day and I would have to go elsewhere. Their attitude made my son and I feel like we were being refused service because of the way we looked, not because they were actually busy.

Very nice place and quite accommodating when it came to rescheduling. My kiddo had no issue with the cut and was very calm throughout. Standard trim took about 15 min and cost $19.95 plus tip. Seem to also be taking COVID precautions seriously as it was just us and one other family in the place during the cut.

The entire staff was friendly. The woman at the desk was extremely nice to my elderly Mom. The two women who cut my boys hair were super heros! My boys are Autistic and they were patient and caring towards them. One actually just followed my son around salon and cut as she could and the other actually was able to line my other son up making him look so handsome. We will continue to drive the 30 minutes to experience A1 customer service and compassion for special needs children.

We’ve been taking our little guy here since he was 1 and have always had a great experience. Danielle is amazing and so patient with our little guy. She was with another client when we first got there who was not a happy camper and it didn’t even phase her. She did a great job on their haircut and was absolutely pleasant when it was our turn.
